The property is 33+ acres and is divided by Highway 80 and railroad tracks. There is about 25 acres on the west side and about 7 acres on the east side. ATV trails are present in the west portion . The 7 acres on the east side is accessible by foot. This refuge is always open with no limitations to foot travel. The refuge in this area is open to hunting. ATV and other vehicles are prohibited in the refuge.
